YOUTH PROTOCOLS 

Basketball Gymnasium

Youth 10 years and younger:
must have a legal guardian 18 years or older with them to use the basketball gymnasium.
Youth 11 years and older:
Are free to use the Basketball Gymnasium unaccompanied. We do not need any additional paperwork listed below.

Weight and Cardio Fitness Area

Youth 10 years and younger:
Are not allowed in this area unless they are using the climbing wall.  Pay day drop-in or have current membership at CRCC (either way MUST have current membership form with waiver portion signed by parent/guardian)
Youth 11-15 must:

  1. Go over the Fitness Area Waiver and Orientation with the parent and child anyone at the front desk can accomplish this task.
  2. Have a physician’s release for activity sheet and have them get it signed by a physician for medical clearance. We accept the sports physical release form that the kids use for school sports. This form must be turned in prior to working out in the facility.
  3. 11-13 year olds must complete all of the above PLUS have a parent/guardian present when they are utilizing the fitness equipment (parent/guardian must also pay/have current membership, as well as attend the orientation session with the child).

Youth 16 – 18:
Are allowed access to the full facility without the additional paperwork.
