The John M. Fleet Pool prides itself on providing the community with highly-trained aquatics staff. This includes both our Lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors. We ensure all lifeguards have gone through the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training class and are certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Our swimming instructors go through an intensive Swim Lessons University course where they learn how to teach the various skills necessary to become a proficient swimmer. These instructors are able to teach all ages, according to their individual skill levels.
