Sign you kids up for early release cribbage. Give you kids a fun activity to do in the afternoon. Your kids will learn and enhance math skills without them knowing, learn teamwork, enhance social skills in a win and lose environment. Our youth basketball league is back! Practices will begin in December and games will get started in January. The season will end the first week of March.
We have 2 age groups, 3rd- 4th Grade and 5th-6th Grade and will have separate teams for girls and boys.
Teams will practice twice a week, either on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. Practices will be held after school for an hour so you can expect them to take place between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. Once games tart teams will have up to 2 games per week. The season will end with a tournament which will be seeded based off of the regular season.
Practice days and times will ultimately be determined by volunteer coaches, as we want to allow them find something that works with their personal schedule.
Please register for the appropriate age group and the days of the week that work best for you. If you have limited flexibility as far as practice times are concerned please add it to the registration notes.
Team info will be updated when we have committed coaches. If you are interested in being a coach please email wtempest@carbondaleco.net.
Registration will close November 17th
